David Memorial Primary School, was established in June 1968 at Rashtrapathi Road with 19 students and 1 teacher. 

Later a High School at Tarnaka was started with 15 children and 2 teachers. Today David Memorial Schools are spread across three locations. 

 

The schools collectively serve 1000 students and employ over 50 teachers. The school today is proud of its alumni who are either employed in the worlds best organisations across the world or are successfully running their own establishments. 

 

Objectives:Since inception David Memorial Schools were established to cater to the lower and lower middle class communities of the society. David Memorial School believes in the cause of uplifting the less privileged children whose parents are unable to afford high quality education. It encourages and promotes the total development of each student, by exposing them to modern curriculum through computer aided instructions and practical learning. On the whole the school aims:

1. To encourage each student to reach his/her full potential by striving hard to excellence.

2. To help each pupil in developing integrity, courage and the will to serve his community.

3. To hone the pupils talents and channelise them to make every child special.
